Hi, I’m Kelley!

I’m almost certain I experienced my first-ever identity crisis on January 7, 2022 - the day I became a mother.

Is this it? Is this all I’ll ever be now? Do I even exist anymore outside of “mom?” Do I even know how to be a mom? And why do I never have a burp cloth when I need one?!

Nearly four years and another baby into motherhood, my diaper changing and snack time negotiation skills have improved ever-so-slightly but these questions (and the missing burp cloths) remain.

Motherhood has brought me to my knees and brought my hands up in praise more times than I can count. It might just be the hardest thing I’ll ever do and still, I keep showing up.

That’s what you (and I) will find here:

A young mother’s journey in showing up to find the holy, the happy and the humor in motherhood and everyday life.

I hope you stay awhile, maybe see yourself in a few of my stories, maybe be inspired or encouraged in your own journey, or maybe just enjoy a post or two every once and awhile.

However you landed here and however long you stay, welcome & enjoy!
